Booking your travel with us

When you book your travel in Tanzania with Kasaje Tours Africa, directly or through our partner travel agencies, travel marketplaces and other travel professionals, you consent to the collection and use of the following information, and to its disclosure to the accommodation and travel experience providers in Tanzania involved in your trip and to the Tanzania National Parks Authority (TANAPA) and other park authorities:

• Health and medical information
• Meal and dietary requirements
• Tour details (hotels and itinerary)
• Payment information

Our safaris use third-party providers of accommodation, such as hotels, lodges and camps, and of travel experiences, such as hot air balloon flights in the Serengeti. To make these parts of your trip happen, we may need to give them your personal information. For example, our partner lodges ask for dietary information to provide safe and excellent service. These providers may use your personal information only to provide services related to your Kasaje Tours Africa safari. By booking with us, you agree to these disclosures.

Only the staff who need it, normally the person handling your booking and your guide, see your personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Travellers under 18 need a parent or guardian to book on their behalf.

We do not take card payments through this website. Payment details you share with us during booking are used only to process your payment.

We never sell customer lists or personal information. We share personal information only in the cases described in this policy, and never for payment.

Photos and video

Your guide, a photographer working with us or another traveller may take photos or videos during your trip. Please tell your guide in advance if you do not want to be photographed. We will ask for your written consent before using any photo or video of you in our promotional material.

When we share your personal information with the third parties described above, we take care that they apply sound confidentiality and privacy practices in line with the applicable laws.

Your rights

You stay in control of the personal information you give us. You may at any time:
