This five-day joining safari visits all four classic parks of the Northern Circuit. You start with the elephants of Tarangire and the forest and lake of Lake Manyara, then spend two days in the Serengeti before finishing in the Ngorongoro Crater.
You share a 4×4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof with up to six travellers, and every seat is a window seat.

Itinerary
Pick-up from your hotel in Arusha at 8:00 am and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full game drive among the baobabs and along the Tarangire River, with a picnic lunch in the park. Evening drive to Mto wa Mbu.
- Overnight: lodge or campsite in Mto wa Mbu
Game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, below the Rift Valley escarpment. Explore the groundwater forest, the acacia woodland and the lake shore, home to tree-climbing lions, elephants, hippos, baboons and flamingos. Drive up to Karatu in the afternoon.

Drive through the Ngorongoro highlands and down to the Serengeti plains. Game drive on the way to your lodge or campsite.
- Overnight: Serengeti lodge or tented campsite
Morning and afternoon game drives across the Serengeti, looking for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants and the great herds of wildebeest and zebra.

Early breakfast and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive on the crater floor, with a picnic lunch. Return to Arusha in the afternoon.
